After announcing their exclusive deal for Badminton streaming rights over the next four years, OVO Mobile has today announced they’ve secured the exclusive Australian streaming rights for the Chinese Super League (CSL) Football.

The deal will see OVO streaming all Ping An CSL Football matches for the next three years, featuring all 16 teams and some top domestic and international talent. All the matches, as well as a weekly 30-minute magazine show and highlight clips will be streamed with both English and Mandarin commentary.

To kick off the deal, OVO be providing free-to-stream access to selected games from the 2018 season as well as making replays and highlights available on the platform.

OVO has been building on their existing array of unique sport content which includes drag racing, rugby, badminton, water polo, gymnastics and esports. OVO Founder and CEO Matt Jones is excited to now bring Football to the OVO platform saying:

As the Chinese Super League has grown and spread internationally, especially over the past few years, the audience of fans in Australia has grown with it. We have every confidence that that audience will boom in numbers now that the competition is finally available online in this country.

OVO customers will be able to stream games through the play.ovo.com.au website, or by downloading the Android or iOS apps from their respective app stores.
