After what seems an eternity waiting for the update, Slides has added picture in picture for presentations to allow smoother transition and better presentations.

For anyone who does a lot of Powerpoint presentations, the capability to see your next slide and presentation notes are critical to the flow of your presentation and this has been a key component thats been missing from slides until now.

The functionality does require you to be presenting via Cast but this isn’t really a major hassle (or expense) if you’re yet to set up, as many projectors have HDMI input as do TVs, making Chromecast a viable output for your presentation locations.
