Have you ever lost anything? Yeah us too, but since I got my first Tile I have never lost my keys, and I’ll be honest I want more of that goodness.

Now I can slip a Tile into most larger belongings, and Tile has a few partnerships to embed their devices in things like bags and wallets, but what if I wanted to find my missing wireless earbud, something I actually need to do often, I can’t really attach a Tile to each of those. Thanks to the new partnership program Tile has launched today that may soon be a possibility.

The Find with Tile program allows Bluetooth chip manufacturers to build Tile’s locating smarts into their chips, virtually expanding Tile’s potential reach to any Bluetooth product. Tile has already signed up Qualcomm, Dialog Semiconductor, Silicon Labs, Toshiba, and a few other chip OEMs to start the ball rolling.

To show the fruits of their labour Tile has announced several hardware partners bringing devices to market soon: they include Sennheiser, Sol Republic, Plantronics, and Soundcore. Tile has clearly figured out that the best tracker is one that’s built into a device and seems to have done a good job of partnering with other players to get their platform to the top of the tacking pile.

With Tile already having Google Assistant Integration I have to admit that Tile is now my prefered tracker platform, especially as they now have several replaceable battery models of Tile.

What device do you want to see ‘Tile’ embed in? Let us know below.

Has Tile ever helped you recover something you lost away from home? If so, how?
