With the impending launch of the Pixel 4, it’s no surprise that last year’s model is coming down in price.

The Google Store currently has the Pixel 3 starting at $849, down from $1199. A bump up in storage to 128GB will set you back $999. Unfortunately, the Pixel 3 XL remains the same price at $1349. Interestingly, only the Clearly White model is discounted – you’ll have to pay a $350 premium for Just Black or Not Pink models.

The Pixel 3a is still cheaper at $649, but shelling out a bit extra for the Pixel 3 will net you a faster processor, wireless charging, and more premium materials, among other features. On the flip side, the Pixel 3a does still have a headphone jack for less money.

We loved the Pixel 3 here at Ausdroid, especially after the initial problems were ironed out. It’s got a fantastic camera, Android as envisioned by its makers, and a long update period based on prior models. At the discounted price, it’s definitely a bit of a bargain – as long as you want it in white.
