The Game Awards, known as the “Oscars” of the gaming world, revealed winners today in Los Angeles, USA.

In this year’s selection, Elden Ring is awarded the “Game of the Year” title at The Game Awards. The game was launched by Hidetaka Miyazaki and also won 3 awards, including Best Game Direction, Best Art Direction and Best Role Playing, getting a total of 4.

Despite not winning the biggest title, God of War: Ragnarök still surpassed Elden Ring in the total number of awards and took home six, including Best Narrative, Best Score and Music, Best Audio Design, Innovation in Accessibility, Best Action / Adventure, and Best Performance, making it one of the two biggest winners on this year’s TGA list along with Elden Ring.
