Nexus 6 - Header Resized
The rollout of Android 5.1 to Nexus phones and tablets continues, but it seems that the Nexus 6 may be getting a small administrative update on top of that release. Build LMY47E has appeared on the Nexus Factory Image page, updating from the previous LMY47D release, but it may not be anything terribly exciting.

Reports are trickling in that the release is specific to the Nexus 6 which recently launched on US carrier Verizon. The firmware is most likely carrying a few tweaks to the radio specific to the Verizon network, and possibly some base OS files. It’s very likely that we’ll see the firmware merged into a future update to bring all Nexus 6 handsets onto one release, but it’s unlikely that you’ll find anything in it which will be pertinent to the Australian carrier network.

The rollout to Nexus 6 handsets continues, but if you want to jump the gun, you can find the link to the OTA file in our post here.
