Nothing has been steadily making waves in the Android space since the company announced its first device. With his background and connections, CEO and Co-founder Carl Pei clearly knows how to make an impact.
The impact of Nothing has been significant enough that the company has become one of the first Android partners to offer the Android 14 Beta on a non-Pixel device. While the timeline is yet to be confirmed, this does mean early access for their development team, providing a smooth user experience to those who take it up.
For those who are thinking about a new device, a recent tease from the company gives a glimpse of the Nothing Phone (2).
Phone (2) is coming summer 2023.

Given it’s early days, and the phone isn’t set to be released for a little while yet, there’s not a lot in the tease. But it is confirmation that they’re moving forward, and likely taking community input onboard as part of the design process. As a consumer, it’s also great to see a company teasing hardware; sometimes the leaks give too much away and spoil the surprise.
