Google Play has been selling music in Australia since it launched in April last year, we’ve seen a bit in the way of ‘Free’ music, but you can now grab some free tracks and albums for a limited time.

The music is a mix of Australian and international tracks, which can be found on the Google Play Music page. Tracks include:

  • Get Lucky – Daft Punk feat. Pharrell
  • You’re the Voice – John Farnham
  • Not Ready to Make Nice – Dixie Chicks
  • All My Life – Foo Fighters
  • Mr Blue Sky – Electric Light Orchestra
  • It’s Tricky – Run DMC
  • Ready or Not – Fugees
  • Main Chick – Kid Ink feat. Chris Brown
  • Born To Try – Delta Goodrem
  • Killing In The Name Of – Rage Against The Machine

There’s two albums on offer including Play Classical, which offers various classical music tracks from various Artists including Leonard Slatkin, Richard Stoltzman, Sir Thomas Beecham and more, as well as Play: Pop Hits, which includes tracks from Pink, Shakira and more.

There’s no telling how long they will remain free, so jump over and grab some tracks for free. There’s always free music on Google Play Music though, so ensure you check out the Google Play Music Free Song of the Week which this week is Pretend by Tinashe
