Optus are now offering two 3D smartphones on their network and lucky enough for us they’re both running Android, so we thought we’d compare the two devices — the LG Optimus 3D and HTC EVO 3D — in two areas: plan pricing and specifications. We’re laying out the pricing and specs as-is, we’ve recommended what we think is better of the two, but you can make your own judgement.

LG Optimus 3D..

So it’s cheaper for you to get the HTC EVO 3D on the two cheaper 24 month plans; then it becomes cheaper to the LG Optimus 3D in the mid-range; then it’s anyone’s game in the high-end.

The specs are certainly leaning in the direction of the HTC EVO 3D, however, they won’t suit everyone so you can make your own judgement; the green cells are just there as a guide as to what we think is the better of the two. Hit us up in the comments of which you’d prefer.
