The last rumour is that the Samsung Galaxy S5  will be split into two versions, with the release date being in March, a month ahead of the Galaxy S4 release of April 2013. There will be the “normal” version with plastic case, and a premium metal model with “YOUM” display technology.

The specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S5 are believed to be:

  • 64 bit Exynos or Snapdragon processor
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 16MP rear camera
  • 4000 mAh battery
  • Android 4.4 KitKat

Naturally this is speculation at the moment, with an announcement from Samsung expected around the Mobile World Congress in February.
