Went to Harvey Norman in Hoppers Crossing to pick the pre-order and turn out they have no stock until tomorrow so picked one up from The Good Guys instead.

GreviousMcG

While I’m not going to get one, but I like to say thanks to Daniel for putting the article together. It’s an excellent reference point for those who are planning to get one.

Senectus

got mine this morning from HN. 944 outright with a gear fit that they dont have in stock yet 😛

At least I got the phone.. Wifey will have to wait a bit for her Gear Fit

Pre-ordered from Optus for in store pick up 3 weeks ago.. store didn’t have it today. Not impressed.

Andrew

Mine was pre-ordered a couple of weeks back from Optus on an $80 plan with the 5 gig data limit. I noticed they updated some of my online access yesterday so am expecting the phone is waiting for me at home today or tomorrow. I am swapping from iPhone 4s after being a “faithful” follower of all things Apple for a number of years. However, recently the control over the OS and a couple of slip ups with the updates have made me decide in favour of the Samsung. Let’s hope I like it…

vijay alapati

will wait for 2 weeks…..and i’m sure price will be reduced and will then find a Brand new sealed from Gumtree which will be cheaper than online and with 2 years local warranty from carrier.

Lets hope the extra 5 day delay means plenty of stock and with the years glut of great phones I don’t think it’ll be hard to find one.

Ron

Pre-ordered mine day before from vodafone with bonus headphones and an extra 1GB of data with handset repayments of $1 on $80 plan.

MIBLegend

Pick up mine from Harvey Norman today. FYI they have Bonus Gear Fit too

Phil

Which Harvey Norman did you go to? None in the western suburbs of Melbourne seem to be including a Gear Fit..

MIBLegend

Gear Fit is for Pre-Order only. However, I picked one up from The Good Guys due to no stock at Harvey Norman Hoppers Crossing yesterday.

Phil

Ah i see. Thanks for that,
