Samsung 2

With the launch of the Galaxy S7 said to be only a few short weeks away, we’ve seen plenty of rumours about just what surprises Samsung might have in store for us. Running the gamut from Iris scanners, multiple screen sizes, devices already in testing with US carriers, and even supposed images of the devices, we thought we’d seen it all but today’s rumour points to three devices launching simultaneously.

Famed leaker Evan Blass tweeted what appears to be a grab from some marketing material showing not only Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge logos, but also an S7 Edge+:

Samsung broke with tradition last year by releasing the Galaxy S6 in both its standard and Edge incarnations in the early half of the year, and repeated this with the launch of the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ in the latter half. It’s certainly possible they’ll now bring the Edge+ release in line with the other Galaxy S7 devices, offering more choice to consumers – who loved the Edge display last year.

We’ll find out soon enough – Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S7 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in late February, and Ausdroid will be in Barcelona to cover the news as it happens.

Is your next Galaxy Phone going to be the S7, S7 Edge or S7 Edge+? Sound off in the comments!
