It’s been close to 18 months since we first saw the Charge 4 grace the shelves of retail and soon we may see the Charge 5. In a new leak from Snoopy Tech, we see some renders, pricing and perhaps even the release date for the Fitbit Charge 5.

The renders show some changes to the previous generation, they also give some potential insight. The render shows the date of October 23rd at 11:58 which could be either a release date, or a start time for an announcement stream. It appears to be a slightly larger, full colour screen along with continued support for features such as:

  • “Daily Readiness Score” that indicates your physical state – for premium users
  • Stress Management Score
  • Health Metrics dashboard
  • GPS

Given the Google acquisition and the recent, more petite Luxe release are we about to see culmination of Fibit and Googles collaborative work?
