Telstra Mobile Broadband customers have a new hotspot option with the launch of the new Inseego MiFi X Pro 5G.

This new hotspot is available from Telstra branded stores, selected partner stores and the Telstra website:

  • For individuals: outright for $399 or over a payment period on a personal plan
  • For business: over a payment period bundled with a mobile broadband data plan

The hotspot supports up to 32 connected Wi-Fi devices over multiple connection options including Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6, Ethernet port (disabled by default) as well as a USB Type-C port for universal charging or tethered internet connection.

Stay connected with the high-capacity 5050 mAh rechargeable Li-Ion battery and you can even use your MiFi X PRO 5G to charge a USB enabled device that’s low on power.

How long this battery lasts is not promised though the fine print hints that the more devices are connected and using it will drain the battery faster, also same if you enable the Ethernet port.
