Motorola is certainly having a busy mid-year, with the launch of the Moto Z2 Play, Moto C and Moto E4 around the world, but they’re also launching new devices in the US on July 25th with invites rolling out now for an event in New York City.

The invite is apparently light on details, with a simple “#HelloMotoWorld” tag applied, which would say smart phones. The Moto phones we’ve been waiting on from Motorola include the Moto Z2 Force – a ruggedised, slightly higher end model of the Z2 Play – and the Moto X4.

If the Z2 Force is announced, there’s also likely to be some Moto Mod announcements including the possibility of the 360-degree camera mod announced earlier this week in Ghana. Moto apparently showed off other mods at the event such as a DSLR like mod, ROKR Speaker mod, Marshall mic mod, DirectTV video streaming dongle mod and an action cam mod, so maybe we’ll see those too.

We love a new Moto product, so we’ll be eagerly waiting to see what comes of this, and of course we’ll be asking Moto Australia for info as soon as it happens.
