Google has updated their Chromecast offers page again, offering you the chance to grab two more freebies.
To check if you have freebies available on the Chromecast Offers page ensure you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast. Once you’re connected head to chromecast.com/offers and ensure you have the Chromecast extension installed, then follow the bouncing ball. You can also claim offers from the Chromecast Android app by selecting your Chromecast and hitting the menu button and selecting ‘Check for Offers’.
The offers this time around are more consumption based, with a free movie rental on offer if you claim it before the 19th of April. The offer allows you to rent one movie rather than offer straight up Google Play credit as previous offers have done previously. A number of people have simply used the credit in other areas of Google Play, but this time around it seems Google is serious about making you rent a movie – it’s a hard life ;).
Next up is an offer for a free One month Premium Subscription to Quick Flix, including a premium movie rental as well as a premium new TV episode – a total value of $18.93.
To redeem your free Quickflix subscription you’ll need to be a new customer and sign up for the service – with a stipulation that you’ll be charged $9.99 after your free month of service is up and you haven’t cancelled the service.
