Back in October, we saw images of a co-branded HTC and Under Armour Android Wear device. Today more images have surfaced showing off the Watch including a few screenshots, and it looks decidedly real, and awesome.

There’s not a lot of new hints in these images, we’re still seeing a Heart rate sensor on the back, alongside pogo pins for a charging dock and the Under Armour and HTC logos. The front shows a fully round display (no flat tyre) and two buttons middle and top right.

On the software side, one of the screenshots shows the device running Android Wear 1.3x not Android 2.0 which we’re expecting to see in a few weeks. This is odd but not necessarily an indication the device won’t launch with Android 2.0, the images may actually be old or this prototype just never got the update.

With MWC just around the corner we’ll be live on the ground to track down the device, assuming it launches soon!

The partnership with Under Armor is interesting and suggests integration with Endomondo. I’ll stick with my Garmin Fenix 3.

Will prefer Google/LG watch this time as I really like the design of it if it’s true.
