Samsung Experience Store - Maribyrnong
We get a fairly eclectic mix of phones down here in Australia. It’s hard to guess which lines, out of the multitude of models that Samsung release every year will eventually arrive on our shores, but one line which did arrive is the Galaxy Mega, and a render of the the second generation has shown up thanks to a case maker.

The phone is apparently ensconced in an ‘IMAK Case’ with China Mobile branding on the back and shows off a familiar looking Samsung Galaxy design, with a screen with very little bezel.

The phone is apparently coming with model numbers – SM-T2558 & SM-T2556 and specs for the phone say it’s a massive 7″ 720P resolution screen and powered by a Snapdragon 400, with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of on-board storage.

There’s not much more to go on at this stage. Jason, seemed to quite like the original, but it depends of course on how the Galaxy Mega 6.3 went at retail here in Australia as to whether Samsung decides to bring the next generation down south. We’ll obviously here more about it when it’s officially launched.
