The Galaxy S6 Edge is an innovative design, built on a new process developed by Samsung to curve the display. It’s also paired with Samsung’s new design language of an all metal chassis and glass rear. To make the phone there’s a lot of processes involved and to show just how much work goes into building each handset, Samsung has produced a couple of videos of the production.
The video is heavy on glass, metal and CNC machining, but it’s an interesting watch, including the part with the red hot glass being pressed into a mold. Check the video out and appreciate the skills involved:
