Most tough Android phones are targeted at business customers with pretty boring promotional marketing. Chinese brand AGM’s ad for their IP68 certified / MIL-STD-810G flagship “X2” model uses emotion to show other manufacturers how to make a rugged phone attractive to a wider range of people.
At a time when the big brands in the mobile industry are mostly offering small improvements to the last model, it’s good to see small manufacturers trying to offer genuinely different and compelling mobile phones.
I haven’t heard of any other mobile phone that can function at -30C under water in the icy waters of the North Pole.
Specs for the AGM X2 are as follows:

Very expensive rugged phone. I don’t know if it’s worthy of the price. But right now, I get along well with my NOMU M6. For one that looks for a professional rugged phone. The recent news from Hong Kong Global Sources Mobile Electronics Exhibition is that Nomu Showcase M8 with high-end specifications. It seems that they improved a lot. The rear one 21.0 MP with the front one 21.0MP.
