Samsung has announced a new variant of the Galaxy Note 9 in Taiwan, unveiling a ‘Snow White’ variant. Timed to coincide with the northern winter, the new Note 9 will be a Taiwanese exclusive, and only sold in a few stores.
From the photos posted on the Samsung Taiwan Facebook page the phone is almost entirely white with what appears to be an aluminium frame. Few other details are available, given the questionable translation from Chinese to English.
For now, those in Taiwan looking to pick up one of the new Snow White Galaxy Note 9’s can do so for NT$30,900 which is about $1000. This includes 128GB on board storage, making this phone expensive, but as it’ll be a limited run, it’s bound to attract attention too.

Clear cases are a thing
The white looks alright , and might be a bit easier to keep a track of than the black that hides itself quite nicely in the clutter . And shadows .
Hopefully white becomes a bit more available .
