It seems not is all right in the Vodafone Australia network right at this moment, with Vodafone advising that some users are experiencing issues with Data, Voice and Text services on their network.
There’s no specifics of the details, but it appears to be an intermittent issue. Vodafone has posted out this announcement across their social media channels:

We're aware of an issue, causing intermittent disruption for some customers. We're working hard to resolve the issue ASAP. ^LB

Currently AussieOutages shows a heat map for reports of Vodafone issues listing reports in Sydney, Ryde, Parramatta, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Ashfield, Brisbane, Burwood, and Greenacre.

Vodafone advise that the issue has been resolved:

Are you having issues on the Vodafone network?
My phone was OK but my tablet was having none of it last night. All good today though.
They post about their problems quicker on Social Media then their own website. Using the outage tracker on their website didn’t report problems in my area, making me think I had an issue with my phone. I guess I’ll just have to follow them on Twitter now…
