It looks like Vodafone is stocking up on HTC’s Sensation range before the Christmas season gets into full swing. CNET Australia is reporting that Vodafone are adding the HTC Sensation XL (w/ Beats Audio), Sensation XE (w/ Beats Audio) and the low-end HTC Explorer. We also noticed that Vodafone are selling the original HTC Sensation.
The HTC Sensation XL is the largest of the range and has the following specs:
- 4.7-inch 800×480 Display
- 1.5GHz Single-Core CPU
- Android 2.3 w/ HTC Sense 3.0
- 8MP Low-light Rear Camera (720p video) / 1.3MP Front Camera
- 768MB RAM
- Beats Audio
- HSPA 850/900/2100MHz
- 1600mAh Battery
The HTC Sensation XE (pictured at top) is almost exactly the same as the original Sensation except for the for 1.5GHz Dual-Core CPU instead of the 1.2GHz Dual-Core. It also has a bigger 1730mAh battery and Beats Audio support.
The last device is the low-end HTC Explorer which seems to be a slightly modified HTC Wildfire S. It will be priced at $149 which isn’t all that bad considering the specs:
- 3.2-inch 320×480 Display
- 600MHz Single-Core CPU
- Android 2.3 w/ HTC Sense 3.0
- 3MP Rear Camera
- 512MB RAM
- HSPA 900/2100MHz
- 1230mAh Battery
That’s nice, but will Voda announce their date for the Galaxy Nexus soon? Hopefully it’s in line with Europe/Asia which is in November…
lol when did these new HTCs get announced?
HTC Explorer is at an amazing price for those specs!
Hope you guys get a review up of the Sensation XE and Sensation XL soon!
