What do you think of this third iteration in the Galaxy Tab line? There certainly were some uninspiring tablets in the Galaxy Tab 2 line, with some of these now finding their way to the discount bins in local electronics stores. Will the reinvigoration make much difference?
Many Ausdroiders seem to think that the Galaxy Note range is far more useful, and that the Galaxy Tab should just be quietly retired.
What do you think?
I like the Samsung range of tablets. I think they have done a great job with their Galaxy range. I shop a lot of phones on http://electronics.become.com/smartphones and have always been greatly satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy range. While there are several options, one should pick their smart phones or tabs as a function of their need.
Nice thin bezel, I like the look of it, I personally wouldn’t purchase it though. Android still lacks majorly in the tablet application department. Not to mention Samsung seem to make the cameras protrude from them. All of that and they never build these things with good specifications.
Love the look too. Rumoured Intel processors would improve CPU performance but graphics options look to be slow again.
The tab 3 8.0 is the right size for me and I can put up with 1280 x 800 resolution for that size but rumoured specs suggest it is basically a galaxy S3 (exynos CPU + Mali 400 GPU)
I personally prefer iPads as tablets. The application selection in the app market is second to none.
