With the Oppo N1 currently their flagship phone, Oppo are determined to not let their upcoming phone the Find 7 fall off anyones radar by releasing strategic announcements to keep the publics interest, this time releasing some information on the screen.
While the Oppo Find 5 was released with a 5″ screen, many thought that the Find 7 would be a gargantuan 7″ behemoth, however Oppo has tweeted some information which lays this rumour to rest, listing the phone as having a ‘5.5″ screen with the feel of a 5″ screen device.’ :

Oppo did grab attention when they released the Find 5 last year by being the first manufacturer to release a phone with a 1080P screen resolution and though Samsung and even LG are rumoured to hit the 2560 resolution with their flagship phones in 2014, it seems likely that Oppo may beat them to the punch.
It will be interesting to see exactly what Oppo has up their sleeves with the Find 7, the new Qualcomm SoC, the Snapdragon 805 is expected to ship in the first half of 2014, so it’s possible this could be on the cards, but who knows, stay tuned for more information.
