Samsung is quite keen to use the intervening time between their announcement of the Galaxy S5 and their Gear wearables and their actual launch in 150 countries on the 11th of April to keep reminding us of all the features that they’ve packed into the Galaxy S5 as well as how much improved they believe the Gear 2 and Gear Fit to be and today they’ve released videos ‘introducing’ the devices again.
The first video – Introducing Samsung GALAXY S5 – goes through all the features that were shown off at the Mobile World Congress launch. The video focuses on the camera, fitness, the Download Booster capability and battery life, just in case you forgot.
The Galaxy S5 video also shows the Gear Fit manager application that controls one of their new wearables, leading us into the next video – Introducing Samsung Gear 2, Samsung Gear Fit – which takes you through all the features of the Gear 2 and the Gear Fit, just to make sure you know how they work and also require the Galaxy S5 to get the most out of them.
The videos are a great look at the devices and as you’d expect in a company promo video they look great, but like anyone we just can’t wait to get our hands on the actual units and see how they go in real world conditions.
Have to give credit where it’s due, if you were looking to purchase a new phone and watched the ad it does make the phone look quite appealing. Very detailed and functional ad
