OnePlus just announced a range of covers in a variety of different textures for their upcoming debut smartphone the One, but it’s the back of the phone they want everyone to know about. OnePlus has announced a competition to bring one lucky OnePlus fan to Hong Kong to experience the feel of the rear of the One in person.
To enter the competition its amazingly simple, post a short video to Instagram and let OnePlus know about your feelings about OnePlus Tech. That’s it, simple right? Just tag your Instagram post with the @oneplustech tag and add the #phoneinabox hashtag and you’re in the running to win a free trip to Hong Kong including flight and accommodation and the opportunity to touch the back of the One and as a bonus, appear in the next OnePlus YouTube video, oh and you’ll also meet the amazing team behind OnePlus.
There’s some technical details you should know about the competition – it runs from “9AM EST (2PM GMT+1) time on March 19th until 9AM EST (2PM GMT+1) on March 22nd”, you WILL need a valid passport and possibly a Visa. OnePlus will fly you out to Hong Kong between the 4th and 7th of April and put you up in a hotel for two nights, but if you want to stay longer and pay your own accomodation, they’re flexible.
This is an amazing opportunity for one lucky OnePlus fan and it’s pretty simple to do. Instagram of course only lets you post 15 second videos, so 15 seconds of your time could net you a free trip to Hong Kong. OnePlus will announce the winner on Monday the 24th of March, so get onto Instagram and give it a go.
