MobiCity announced overnight that it has opened pre-orders for the Sony Xperia M2 Dual-SIM smartphone, which was announced alongside the Xperia Z2, at Mobile World Congress(MWC) back in February this year.

Why do all dual-SIM phones have such poor specs?
Because they really aren’t designed with the Australian market in mind; rather, they’re designed for ’emerging’ markets, where the demand for top-spec (and thus, high price) really isn’t there.
Strange that they’re not releasing with KitKat.
