Something most owners of slim and svelte smartphones have probably considered is how to add some protection to such a thin device without making it thick and frankly a bit ugly. OtterBox has introduced its new Symmetry range of smartphone cases to address this concern.
Of interest to Android users will be the availability for the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One (M8), but as you can see pictured above, the cases are available for your friends who’re still stuck in the Apple reality distortion field. The cases are thin, clearly have appealing designs, and are as lightweight as possible.
Over a year of design, testing and innovation has gone into this new product range, leaving the Symmetry case designed from a single piece of high strength material, lined with a protective inner rubber casing.
The prices also compare favourably to more hard-core OtterBox cases. For the Galaxy S5, the cases are $49.95 for solid colours and $54.95 for designed colours. For the HTC One (M8), those prices drop to $39.95 and $44.95 respectively.
I’d like to see the middle lilac pattern, done in a pastel mint green. IMO that would look good on a Moto X, G or E
