Boost mobile has announced that it will be adding an additional 500MB to every $40 UNLTD recharge. The catch? Customers have to recharge online through Boost’s website or via the #111# service on their mobile, between 3 November 2014 until 26th January 2015.
Now, 500MB of data might not be a whole lot, but it’s bound to be of some comfort to Boost customers who suffered a 1GB loss of included data back in January for the same recharge value.
If you recharged before Monday 3 November, or if you’ve recharged since through other channels — e.g. buying vouchers at Woolworths, 7 Eleven, etc — then you won’t receive the bonus data. It really is only for online or phone recharges, and only for those made after 3 November.
