HTC doesn’t appear to be announcing any new devices at Mobile World Congress this year, but we’ll see devices coming during the year. Today Evan Blass (@evleaks) has shown off a new device, he’s said is called the A16, in six fancy looking colour schemes, and the specs for the device have also been leaked.
The colour schemes you see look quite nice, but the proof is in the pudding and the pudding is of course the specs, which noted HTC aficionado @llabtoofer has shared details of. The phone will be decidedly low-end with a 5″ 720P display, Snapdragon 210 processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of storage with microSD card slot.
@LlabTooFeR Sorry, MSM8909 Snapdragon 210

The phone will very likely come with Android Marshmallow, but we of course do know that as a HTC phone it will have HTC’s Sense overlay on the Android OS.
There’s no details on when (or if) we’ll see the HTC A16 as yet. It’s early days and if you like the look of this phone, HTC will announce the details when they’re ready.
