The Casio Pro Trek Smart Android Wear watch the company unveiled at CES earlier this year, is set to start shipping out next week for $500USD.

The Casio Pro Trek Smart is their second Android Wear watch and comes in either Black or Orange colour options.

The watch will ship from either Amazon or Casio’s online store, though only Amazon appears to be shipping to Australia. The $500USD smartwatch will set you back $693.80AUD from Amazon, with shipping extra. There’s three options available:

  • $11.08 – AmazonGlobal Standard Shipping averages 9-12 business days
  • $15.93 – AmazonGlobal Expedited Shipping averages 7-11 business days
  • $47.15 – AmazonGlobal Priority Shipping averages 2-5 business days

The watch is the first to run Android Wear 2.0 out of the box, though their first model is receiving an OTA update now. Unfortunately the Casio Pro Trek Smart does not contain NFC, though it does come with a heap of other hardware including GPS and a water resistant MIL-Spec body with water resistance up to 50m.
