Easter is almost here and if you’re a dedicated Pokémon GO trainer you’ll be busy walking and trying to hatch more eggs this weekend with the Pokémon GO Eggstravaganza.
The Pokémon GO Eggstravaganza starts at 1pm PDT on April 13th – that’s 6am AEST April 14th for Aussie players – and runs through till April 20th at 1pm (yep, 6am AEST April 21st). According to Niantic Labs, there will be a big focus on hatching eggs for this event with ‘a greater variety of Pokémon can now be found in 2 km Eggs’, as well, every egg hatched will generate more candy.
Even better for those looking to level up, you’ll get double XP points throughout the event which can be combined with the Lucky Eggs meaning you could get up to 4x experience points – and if you’re out of eggs, you can buy them from the store for 50% off.
The stores are closed tomorrow, so time to get out there and start hatching some eggs.
