The Google Pixel 2 is launching soon in Australia with stock expected to start hitting stores on October 31st. Once you have the phone in your hand you may need to look into protecting that new phone, and JB HiFi has begun stocking the luxurious Pixel 2 fabric cases.
The cases are available for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL in three colours from JB Hifi: Cement, Coral and Carbon but you won’t find the Midnight colour isn’t available either at JB or on the Google Store. Priced at $59 they’re not cheap, but they are quite premium with a lovely in-hand feel and a soft inner lining to protect your phone.
The cases are showing on the JB website and according to former Ausdroid writer Jamie, the cases are showing up in-store as well.
Google sent us one of the fabric cases with our Pixel 2 review unit, and after using it for a few days the only criticism I have is that the case makes the fingerprint sensor feel a little deep for my liking.
