As they head in to cinemas this week, Diana Prince, Bruce Wayne, Arthur Curry, Barry Allen and Victor Stone – also known as The Justice League will also be heading into Android Pay on your phone with a new movie tie-in promotion.
We’ve seen Google change it up with the Android Pay animations in the past, but this is a new one involving a movie launch. From today, the animations will appear as you make purchases in Android Pay, the more purchases you make the faster you can assemble your super team.
Each purchase will unlock either Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Cyborg or Aquaman and while they’re fun to look at in the app, you’ll also be able to share the animations with friends and family.
With DC’s hit and miss history with their movies, at least this promotion looks solid. Check for an update to Android Pay and start tapping and paying today.
That’s pretty funny. I’ve been using Android Pay for everything the last week or so for the promotion. I’ve had a $5 Coles voucher and a $20 Rebel Sport voucher so far, so very productive 🙂
