Twitter has launched a new Direct Message (DM) chatbot to help bring voters all the vital information they need before hitting the polls on May 18.
We've launched a special #AusVotes2019 DM chatbot to find voting information as we countdown to May 18:

To access the new service, users need to follow the @TwitterAU user profile. The service can provide information on where you can vote, who the candidates are in your area, verifying and ensuring information is checked and accurate along with finding that all important democracy sausage.
The new chatbot comes as new Twitter research has found that a quarter of Australian Twitter users are not decided on who has their vote this weekend, and that the 18-21 year age bracket is the most receptive to a last-minute change of heart.
As #AusVotes heats up, we’re launching a special emoji that will follow the conversation through Election Day.
