In case you didn’t know it wireless earbuds are the thing theses days, and any company worth their salt are bringing a set of Bluetooth Truly Wireless earbuds to the market. You may think it’s hard to sand out in that market, but Razer thinks they’ve got a way, latency free gaming audio, 60ms to be precise.
The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds are entering a very competitive market, they feature Bluetooth 5.0, 3 hour battery life per earbud and an additional 13 hours charge in the case, USB C charging, 13mm drivers and of course 60ms latency when in gaming mode. In the box you get the charging case, 3 earbuds, USB C cable and a set of swapable silicon ear tips.
The earbuds are compatible with both Android and iOS and will support the default voice assistant including Google Assistant. While we know there are controls for play, pause, skip, previous it’s unclear if the buttons are capacitive or physical.
The Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds have appeared on the Australian Razer Website for $167.95 with no details on when they would ship or if there will be local retail partners. We have reached out to Razer Australia for details and will update as information comes to hand.
