As is the case these days phones rarely stay secret for long and as such the Samsung Galaxy S11+ has seen the light of day via some 3D renders posted online today.
Courtesy of @OnLeaks in partnership with Cashkaro.com renders based on CAD measurements have revealed the Samsung Galaxy S11+ in all its glory, set to be announced around the end of February. CAD renders are renders based on CAD measurements and diagrams provided to case manufacturers and are usually fairly accurate when it comes to the overall design of a device.
The renders show a similar story to that we saw of the Galaxy S11 renders leaked last week. On the front we can see a massive curved display taking up nearly the entire front of the device and a small punch hole in the display for the selfie camera. The display appears to be curved along all four edges as well — expect the fingerprint sensor to be an in-display fingerprint sensor again as well.
The rear of the phone shows off a massive camera module which seems to house five camera lenses and a couple of sensors. One of the lenses is reported to be a 108MP lens with 5x optical zoom.
The buttons on the sides are in the same location as the non-plus version with the power button and volume rocker along the right hand side of the device. Once again there is no headphone jack (face it Duncan, it’s gone for good) but USB-C charging. The phone is apparently 166.9 x 76 x 8.8 mm in size with the thickness at the camera bump 10.2mm making it bigger, wider and thicker than the non-plus version.
Of course this is all just a rumour and not an official documentation so make of it what you will but @OnLeaks has a decent track record when it comes to getting these right so we expect these CAD renders to be pretty much on the mark.
