Lenovo’s gaming brand Legion has given us some early insight that a gaming phone could be on the way soon. What we do know is that it will have a Qualcomm 865 thanks to their Weibo post, and as a result, will be 5G compatible. Honestly, that’s about it at the moment.
A bit of digging around shows some speculation on other specs the phone may carry. This speculation is based on Legion’s history of following market leaders in the space:
The Legion gaming phone is speculated to offer a high refresh-rate panel – up to 144Hz, ample amount of LPDDR5 RAM and the latest UFS storage standard.
Given the development in that market and Scott’s recently developed love for the ROG Phone II, we can’t wait to see what Legion come up with.
