Regular readers of Ausdroid would know that we are massive fans of OPPO’s build quality. The devices that come out of their factories are high quality and more and more these days the specs inside are matching the build of the device around them. The Find X2 is set to be no different.

With under a week now until the announcement of the OPPO Find X2 the leaks have not stopped with today what looks to be official product photos of the device along with some screenshots of the device accidentally listed at an online store.

Slashleaks has managed to get their hands on product images of the Find X2 Pro — although they are not the originator of the leak the original Tweet with them in has since been deleted. The images show the curved rear of the phone which looks to have a mirror-like finish along with what is now a relatively small camera module (see Galaxy S20 Ultra and Huawei P40 Pro).

The rear camera module is a triple lens system as expected with the top camera looking to be the periscope lens capable of 60x hybrid zoom according to Brian Shen. The middle lens is the main 48MP Sony lens capable of omni-directional focusing. The third is assumed to be a 12MP ultra-wideangle lens.

The rest of the rear of the phone is devoid of any other marking aside from a relatively subtle OPPO along the bottom corner of the phone.

The front of the phone shows off the small punch hole in the curved display housing the 32MP selfie camera. The top bezel is extremely small with the speaker grill sitting above that at the top of the phone.

Along with these leaked images an online store based in the Philippines accidentally listed the Find X2 Pro on their site including specs. The listing does not add much to what we already think we know but confirms the various RAM and storage combos. It does list the battery as being 4,260mAh which is a decent size as you would expect you’d need with a 6.7-inch display.

Only a week more and we will see them launched worldwide, along with here in Australia. Hopefully we get both models here for those who want choice. Expect both models to be 5G and may even land on one or both of our 5G carriers, after all the Reno 5G did last year.
