Note 5 in Case 2
With this morning’s announcement of a Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in New York, the hype surrounding the next Galaxy smartphone, the Note 5 (and the S6 Edge+) has been building. Overnight a leak of some hi-res photos of the Galaxy Note 5 has popped up, seemingly by case maker NILLKIN.

The photos show the phone from all sides, the microUSB port at the bottom – sorry USB-C fans – and of course the S Pen sitting in its internal holster. The photos also show the SIM (and possibly microSD too?) slot at the top and power and volume rocker at the sides. Presumably we’re supposed to be viewing the clear NILKIN case as well.

The Note 5 will be a fairly high-end handset if rumours are to be believed, with an in-house built Exynos 7422 System On Chip (SoC), 4GB of RAM and of course a large 5.7″ QHD (2560×1440) resolution display.

We’re keen to see what Samsung has to show at their Unpacked event next month and we hope to be there to bring you all the news first.
