If a filing today from the FCC is any indication, Lenovo looks set to release the latest device in their Vibe series of Mobile phones. As always the details in the filing are a little light on. However based on the images and technical information we’ve deduced the device below could be a 5.0 ” Vibe.
The new Lenovo device features:
- 5.0 ” 1080p LCD display
- Rear Fingerprint Scanner
- Top mounted headphone jack (it’s a shame we even need to list this)
- Single front and rear camera
- 2G, 34 and LTE bands
- WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
- Bluetooth 2.0 LE
- 3000mAh battery
What’s missing is NFC, not surprising due to the typically metal construction of the Vibe line and WiFi AC. That combined with 5.0″ form factor and the LTE Cat 4 rating leads us to think this will be a mid-range device. The device is set to launch in Black, White and Gold options. Lenovo phones are not widely available in australia and we doubt this new model will be liely to be relased down under.
