Hot on the heels of its parent brand Optus, Virgin Mobile has confirmed that it will be carrying the new Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ as well, with pre-orders also going live tomorrow morning at 12.01am Friday 31 March 2017.
Pricing for the Galaxy S8 will start at $70 per month, and the Galaxy S8+ will start at $75 per month, with the full details of the plans on offer available below (click for the full size version):
Like Optus customers, Virgin customers will score a bonus Gear VR headset if they pre-order before 27 April 2017. Those who pre-order early, before 18 April, will receive their handset early, starting from 21 April.
Velocity frequent flier members can take 10% off plan costs when signing up to a $50 or above phone or 12-month SIM plan as well, which could bring down the cost of your new Galaxy S8 or S8+ on Virgin by as much as $10 each month.
