If the size of the Pixel 2 XL isn’t to your liking, then there’s good news with the Pixel 2 also leaking with details on colour and storage options and prices now available.
The leak has come once again through Droid-Life who have shown renders of the Pixel 2 in ‘Kinda Blue’, ‘Just Black’ and ‘Clearly White’.
Just like the Pixel 2 XL, the phone will be available in both 64GB and 128GB options, with the 64GB priced at $649USD (just over $810AUD) and the 128GB model will cost $749USD (almost $935AUD). The US will apparently get financing options for the phone, but there’s no news on if this will be offered internationally.
That appears to be all the information available, so it comes down to which colour and storage option you want to get. We’ll find out if we’ll see all three colours when Google announces the phones on October 4th.
2016: shits on Apple for the camera bump and no headphone jack
2017: camera bump, no headphone jack
Not that I care about a camera bump (okay, the headphone jack going will hurt), but if you’re bold enough to call them out on this, stick to your guns.
Hmmm, I was on the wall because I was sadly expecting close to $1000 without import taxes for the base XL, if this does come to be true, as long as we arent looking at over $1100 I will 100% get it.
Still wish google would do something that had the Pixel brand be the high end flagship and bring back nexus as the affordable flagship (So a nexus-book as a cheaper alternative to the pixel book would be great)
Add an extra mystery $300 to your AUD estimates there. We never get these phones at the same price as the US.
Not estimates, just direct conversions. These prices are sans US sales tax as well, so don’t forget that.
