If you’re tempted by Samsung’s new Galaxy S9 range, but have been put off by the high asking price, then JB HiFi and Telstra have a great deal on offer today.
For customers porting-in to Telstra at JB HiFi, the Galaxy S9 is available from just $699, and the Galaxy S9+ from just $849 when you join Telstra’s BYO 25GB $49 plan for 12 months. This offer is too good to offer online, so you have to head in-store to make the most of it.
Telstra’s BYO 25GB plan isn’t a bad offer, either. For $49 each month, you get 25GB of data to use on Telstra’s 4GX network which offers some of the fastest speeds in most places around Australia. It also includes unlimited talk and text every month to Australian fixed and mobile numbers.
With this offer, you can save $500 on the outright price of either Samsung’s Galaxy S9 (usually $1,199) or Galaxy S9+ (usually $1,349) and that’s one hell of a saving. If you’re looking for Samsung’s new phone and you’re tempted by (or have been contemplating) a move to Telstra in the process, you really can’t do much better than this.
Check out the phone colours and sizes on offer at JBHiFi.com.au and let us know if you take up this offer.
Your JB link is incorrect. In any case Telstra plans are certainly expensive with a lot of fat, I’m guessing they are not losing money.
The link is fine. As you’ll read, the offer expired yesterday and so it’s no longer advertised.
I’ll take your word for it but the link contents clearly shows it going to terms and conditions and that is where it goes.
Anyway, can you do something about the almost completely useless alerts this commenting system sends? The emails don’t even have a link to the article let alone the comment. Thanks.
Even for $849 the S9+ is still way to much.
Oh I don’t know, that’s about the price I’d gladly pay for one. Doubtful I’d agree it’s worth $1,349, but $849 yeah.
