Samsung has been recognised in most satisfied customers for smartphones category 2023, with Canstar polling over 1,300 Australians who had purchased a smartphone in the last two years to rate the products on overall satisfaction, including user friendliness, design, durability, value for money, camera quality, and battery and charging performance.
Samsung has been the only smartphone brand to take home a five-star customer rating in all seven categories, with users attesting to the stylish functionality and reliability of the devices in a bid to determine overall satisfaction.
Tara Donnelly, Canstar Blue’s Utilities Editor said:
“While some competitors focus only on high-end handsets, Samsung’s wide range of Galaxy smartphones cater to high-end, mid-range and lower-budget phone users, without sacrificing quality features and specifications,” and that “Customers also gave Samsung a full five stars for design, camera quality, user friendliness, and for battery and charging, highlighting the all-round impressive performance delivered by the brand’s line-up of devices.”

The new accolade announcement comes as Samsung will be looking to launch its newest high end smartphones, the Galaxy S23 with a possible new folding device on 2nd February, which is only next week.
