If you’re stuck at home wondering what to do with the rest of your Friday afternoon … as I am … then this might come as some welcome news. A great puzzle game Monument Valley 2 is on sale at the moment, but it’s not just discounted, it’s FREE right now on the Google Play Store.
Those of you’ve who’ve been around a little bit might remember the first version of this with its beautiful graphics and audio accompaniment. Well, this is the sequel and while the premise is similar, you don’t need to have played the first version to understand what’s going on here.
The premise is pretty simple – you try to make your way through a 3D landscape from start to finish, but various things stand in your way. You can move some, spin others, and push some more still, and ultimately you’ll get to the end for another level.
This isn’t the newest game – having been released in 2017 – but it remains an addictive puzzler that repeats the stunning visuals and soundtrack of the original.
If you’re stuck at home – or doing the right thing and self isolating – then this might be a good way to spend some time this weekend!
