Optus has today announced new deals on their pre-paid mobile broadband deals to give you more data, as well as extend the life of the data allowing you to rollover your unused data up to a maximum of 50GB if you recharge before expiry.
The new plans offer a choice of $10/1GB, $30/4GB, $50/7GB or $130/22GB of data with a long expiry date on the higher plans allowing you to use the data as you see fit. The 7GB data option will last for a full year, while the 22GB option will sit ready and waiting for up to 730 days – top those up before they expire and you can roll the unused data over up to a massive 50GB.
Pre-paid data SIM cards can be used in dongles and even your LTE enabled tablet on the Optus 4G Plus network, making the long expiry a great deal for say a Wi-Fi modems mounted in the car for those loooooong road trips. You can keep a track of the data on the Optus MyAccount app or through the website to let you know when you need to top it up.
