Telstra has announced that it will now allow its customers to add up to five Bundle Plans to their account, however, in order to be able to take part in this new deal, customers would need to have at least one service on an Upfront Essential or Upfront Premium mobile plan.
Telstra is saying that the new bundle plans would be perfect for your kids’ smartphones, tablet or mobile broadband hotspot. The new bundle plans allow Telstra customers to add family members’ phones to their account and enable all users to enjoy access to a data allowance with uncapped download speeds.
The new mobile bundle plan includes 15GB of “Ultimate speed” data and unlimited standard national calls and texts, with the bundle plan starting at $47 month to month. The company is stating that it is $11 cheaper than upfront Basic plan.
For the data bundle plan, Telstra has stated it is ideal for tablets or mobile broadband devices, with customers getting a data-only SIM for tablets and hotspots, with 10GB of Ultimate speed data for an extra $10 month to month.
Telstra has further said that the data bundle plan is 50% cheaper than its lowest priced separate SIM-only data plan and rewards customers with twice the data allowance.
Telstra has stated that Essential and Premium mobile plans also now come with extra Telstra Plus benefits so you can get more from your mobile and rewards you for your loyalty and continued support, alongside lock-in contacts and no excess data charges, adding an additional service as a bundle plan could potentially enable all your family members to be connected whilst saving money off standalone plans.
