Vodafone & Three are currently selling the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 on their $59 cap plans as a promo, which as nice as it sounds, is still a fair whack for such a device. I mean, come on, It’s running Android 1.6 and the screen sensitivity is lackluster in comparison to the Desire or Galaxy S. But we applaud VHA for pushing the prices down and competition rife. We look forward to seeing Telstra & Optus lower their X10s soon also.

I call this confusing, if not misleading… this device, while pretty nifty, is definitely not “the latest Android”.

hasn’t it been 49 on optus for a month? But even that seems expensive for a phone that is running ancient android and is cheaper outright than a galaxy s
